DESPITE repeated clean-ups by the Ipoh City Council, volunteers and residents, piles of rubbish can still be seen along the road near the Menglembu Flats housing project.

City Councillor Leong Chee Wai said the council has cleaned the area several times before, but as soon as the rubbish is cleared, irresponsible people are back once again littering the area.
