KUALA TERENGGANU: The Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Ministry has approved an allocation of RM11mil through the 1Malaysia Maintenance Fund (TP1M) to upgrade and beautify 17 medium-low and low-cost flat projects in Terengganu.

Deputy Minister Datuk Halimah Mohd Sadique said the allocation for the projects which were built more than 10 years ago was for the repair costs of the perimeter fencing and roof, painting of the buildings, as well as upgrading or replacement of damaged lifts and wiring.
