ALTHOUGH the date for the next general election has yet to be announced, there is no doubt that election fever is taking over the city, slowly.

The emergence of banners displaying the faces of aspiring candidates gearing up to vie for seats in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur can be seen everywhere in the capital city.
