CONGESTION and haphazard parking were the first words that Lucky Garden Residents Association (RA) president Datuk Ahmad Nordeen Mohd Salleh uttered when asked about the neighbourhood’s perennial problems.

Ahmad Nordeen said traffic was one of the area’s worst issues, which they had been trying to resolve for many years.
