MELAKA: Melaka Historic City Council (MBMB) is working closely with two local non-governmental organisations to host the biggest cycling event in a bid to enter Malaysia Book of Records.
MBMB councillor Mohd Jamil Abd Wahab said the event is expected to attract 10,000 cyclists.
