Kajang’s turn to ban plastic bags

TRADERS will no longer be charging 20 sen for non-biodegradable plastic bags in Kajang and surrounding townships because the bags will be banned for good this year.

The Kajang Municipal Council (MPKj) launched this year’s awareness campaign to strive towards a plastic bag and polystyrene-free society yesterday.
