RETIREE Yong Swee Leong, 67, could not contain his excitement after getting a free haircut for the coming Chinese New Year.
“Normally, I spend about RM7 for a standard haircut at the barber shop nearby,” said Yong, who is staying with his wife in a one-room apartment.
