CUSTOMERS and traders can park for free for now at Kompleks Farlim in Bandar Baru Ayer Itam in Penang following the discovery that the car park operator was collecting fees without a licence from the Penang Island City Council.
This is good news for them and high-rise dwellers nearby who had been complaining about the steep fees.
