A PENANG MCA leader has questioned the Penang Island City Council (MBPP) over its ‘costly’ installation of 216 closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras around Penang island in 2016.

Its Komtar constituency coordinator Tan Hing Teik said each CCTV was averagely priced at RM59,000 as the Phase Four project cost RM12.8mil.
