A HAWKER centre operator in Jalan Bagan Luar, Butterworth, is crying foul over the demolition of the centre’s toilet in the rear.

Oh Chee Liang, 38, who operates Restoran Lucky, claims that his toilet never encroached onto public land or roads according to the floor plan on his title grant from the Land and Mines Office but the Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) said otherwise.
