Kuala Lumpur MPs are condemning Kuala Lumpur City Hall’s (DBKL) dedicated bicycle lanes for its poor planning and execution.
Several weeks into the completion of the 11km lanes, StarMetro reported that they were being misused by irresponsible motorists as vehicles were parked on the lanes.
