THIRTY types of essential foodstuff will be sold at below market prices for residents of Butterworth, Penang, to stock up for Chinese New Year.
“The items are fresh and frozen fish, vegetables and chicken plus eggs, canned sardines, coffee, biscuits, condensed milk, soy sauce, sugar, flour, cooking oil, rice and many more,” said cheap sale programme coordinator Dr Tan Chuan Hong at a press conference.
