Recycling rate still off the mark

A TOTAL of 421 strata housing schemes on Penang island have been inspected for waste segregation at source as of Jan 17, said state Local Government Committee chairman Chow Kon Yeow.

He said the Commissioner of Building (COB), the Health Department and other relevant departments had visited the housing schemes to ensure that the management carried out the policy.
