CM: Sarawak to pursue its rights under Malaysia Agreement in BN spirit


Abang Johari says talks on the devolution of power have entered the second phase.

KUCHING: Sarawak will continue to pursue its rights under the Malaysia Agreement within the context of Barisan Nasional and Malaysia, says Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg.

The chief minister said discussions on the devolution of power are progressing due to the good relationship between the Barisan-led state and federal governments as well as the willingness of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak to listen to Sarawak.
