SIBU: With Chinese New Year just round the corner, shop owners can now apply with the Sibu Municipal Council for a permit to conduct sales on the five-foot way of their premises.
The council in a press statement, said applications for the permit for Chinese New Year on Feb 16 and 17 is now open.
