Cops acted on 86% of feedback last year

THE Bukit Aman Integrity and Standards Compliance Department (JIPS) has received feedback from 3,180 people in the form of complaints, information, comments, appreciations and proposals last year.

Its director Comm Datuk Seri Abdul Rahim Hanafi said they acted on 2,749 or 86% of the feedback, while another 14% or 431 complaints were in the process of investigation.
