UTM develops mobile water treatment system to treat floodwaters

KUANTAN: Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) has deployed a mobile water treatment system based on membrane technology to treat floodwaters in Pekan.

Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Idris Jusoh said in a statement that UTM was using its expertise to help reduce the burden of the flood victims in Pekan.
