THE Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) will be organising a ‘Mesra Pelanggan’ programme with stakeholders to address their problems and provide them with better understanding on the guidelines.
The programme will be held at its headquarters in Bandar Perda, Bukit Mertajam, from 9.30am to 1pm on Thursday.
