RM270k water bill due to leak

AFTER the main underground water pipe of an apartment block in Rifle Range, Penang, leaked for four months, the bill came up to about RM270,000.

This amount is for how much water had leaked out after the meter and despite getting a big discount from Penang Water Supply Corporation (PBAPP), the apartment management committee is still riled up because it was compelled to pay RM102,838.78.
