Rubbish not removed weeks after end of Pesta

IT HAS been more than two weeks since Penang Pesta 2017 ended, yet bags of rubbish are still there. 

Thousands of flies made a loud buzz around about 10 large bags of food waste, paper scraps and plastics strewn on the ground at the edge of the pesta site near the Rapid Penang bus depot in Sungai Nibong on the island.
