Expo with 1,000 booths to feature latest trends and products

The Malaysia International REX Home Renovation and Interior Design Expo last year.

THOSE who are planning to renovate their homes are advised to plan ahead, ideally at the beginning of the year so they will have more time to get ideas on interior design, home improvement, furnishings and even electrical works.

The organiser of the Malaysia International REX Home Renovation and Interior Design Expo, EG Groups Holding Sdn Bhd, states the event is a good stop to get these ideas.

The expo will be held from Jan 19 to 21 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).

EG Groups is expecting about 100,000 visitors, all looking to find products and suppliers to complete their dream homes and gardens.

More than 50 industry designers and 600 kitchen and wardrobe companies will be providing free advice at the fair, with more than 20,000 products on display.

The expo will have more than 1,000 booths and will showcase some of the latest trends and products including kitchen cabinets, swimming pools, bath and sanitary ware, kitchenware, bedding, wardrobe, fittings, doors, windows, gates, furniture, home furnishing, decorative items, garden, landscaping, smart home, lights, switches, security systems, home appliances, wall and floor finishing, water heater, filtration systems and interior design services.

Triple bonus rewards will be given to all purchasers at the expo, including a free gift for credit card purchases above RM800 in a single or combined receipts.

Those who spend more than RM1,000 will be entitled to enter a lucky draw with prizes such as a grand tour to China, LED TVs and branded household products.

Maybankard users can also redeem Treats points at the expo, to be exchanged for cash vouchers that can be used at the event.

The exhibition will be held from 11am to 9pm and admission is free.
