Craft complex to be relocated

The 22-year-old Kuala Lumpur Craft Complex is slotted for demolition in September.

THE Kuala Lumpur Craft Complex in Jalan Conlay will be relocating to Sultan Abdul Samad Building at Dataran Merdeka.

Malaysian Handicraft Development Corporation (MHDC) director-general Ibrahim Ismail(pic below) said, however, there was an agreement between all parties that the complex would continue to operate from its current location until the new space was ready. The craft complex will make way for the city’s MRT project.
