SUBANG Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) welcomed its first female president Noraini Roslan, who was sworn in as the seventh president at the council headquarters in USJ 5 yesterday.
“I thought it would just be me and a few witnesses. I did not expect a full quorum,” said Noraini as she signed the Acceptance of Office Letter before a room full of department heads and councillors.
