THE Perak Chinese Assembly Hall is always ready to hold discussions and exchange views on the feasibility of plans and ideas with other Chinese community groups within the state, as long as their ideas are constructive.

Its president Datuk Chai Wang Yook said, however, the assembly hall did not advocate competitiveness and had the right to refuse proposals deemed having a personal agenda.
