UNDERPRIVILEGED teens and those from homes can look forward to entering tertiary education thanks to the Didik-Kasih EduCare Programme, a study aid programme initiated by Great Vision Charity Association (GVCA).
The programme provides teens with a startup assistance of RM1,500 to prepare them for college and a monthly study allowance of RM250 for 12 months.
