FOLLOWING the floods on Nov 5, Penang Chinese Town Hall has launched a Flood Relief Fund to raise funds to aid victims especially those from the lower-income group, said Penang Chinese Town Hall (PCTH) chairman Datuk Khor Ten How.
Khor said they managed to raise a total of RM1,012,930.
