GEORGE TOWN: Their karma is not getting any better after being suspected of stealing a Reclining Buddha statue from the prayer hall of the Penang Buddhist Association.
The 36-year-old antique dealer and his 29-year-old female friend had their remand extended by another two days and they are expected to be charged after that, said George Town CID chief Deputy Supt Helmi Sulaiman.
