TANG yuan is a must-have dessert during every Winter Solstice Festival, regardless of age and background.

It is known in Chinese culture that the Winter Solstice Festival is more important than the Lunar New Year, and as family members gather to have their reunion dinner, the tang yuan is almost always the main attraction.
