Stop hanging rubbish bags on railings: Taiping council


Rubbish bags are hung on the fence by people at the Istana Larut Business Centre in Taiping. Some rubbish in also discarded in the drains in the area.

BUSINESS and home owners in the Istana Larut Business Park commercial development have been taken to task by the Taiping Municipal Council for not adhering to instructions to place rubbish bins outside their premises.

To make matters worse, some have taken to hanging rubbish bags on railings in front of the commercial area, creating an eyesore.
