THE Selangor and Federal Territory Association for the Mentally Handicapped has hosted its first-ever Charity High-Tea, doing so in style within the grand surroundings of the Dewan Perdana Felda in Kuala Lumpur.

About 1,000 guests gathered to enjoy the sumptuous high-tea fare – Malaysian style – with Datin Seri Shamsidar Taharin, wife of Selangor Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Azmin Ali, as the guest of honour.
