Floodwaters in two areas receding

KOTA KINABALU: Floods in Keningau and Kota Belud have started to abate but over at Penampang, Sungai Moyog was reported to have breached the 9.15m dangerous level at 8am yesterday following continuous downpour.

Seven flood victims from two families in Penampang have been transported to the temporary relief centre in Resthouse Penampang Sports Board Complex, which was opened since Sunday after eight villages in the district were affected by floods.
