2,000 people in central Seberang Prai receive cash aid to reduce burden

SOME 2,000 flood victims from the central Seberang Prai district in Penang collected their cash aid from the Land and District Office in Jalan Betek, Bukit Mertajam.

Deputy Chief Minister II Dr P. Ramasamy, who handed out the aid on Saturday, said the district had the highest number of recipients with 18,293 from the 48,424 recorded statewide.
