MALAYSIAN consumers need to have more faith in local inventions and technologies, said Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Datuk Seri Wilfred Madius Tangau.

He said the common misconception was that Malaysian inventions were of lesser quality compared to European and Japanese innovations or products.
