A MOBILE food truck operator has welcomed the move by Penang Island City Council (MBPP) to research mobile truck activities in a bid to legalise them in the state.
Jimmy Tan, 42, who has been selling coffee and juices from his truck for over two years, said this is a positive move to legalise all mobile trucks.
