THE RM700 one-off financial aid for flood victims in Penang will be handed out on Saturday.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said victims whose houses were affected by the deluge on Nov 4 and 5 could choose either to claim the money at a handover ceremony at specific locations or have the amount deposited into their bank accounts.
