IN ITS efforts to brighten the lives of underprivileged children, Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur pulled out all the stops to aid six children in need of medical care.

A total of 190 sets of Christmas baubles made out of chocolate and marzipan decorate the grand Christmas Charity Tree this year to mark the hotel’s “Embrace the Gift of Life” project that has been running since 1985.
