KUANTAN: Some express bus operators in Pahang are not complying with the law by failing to provide second drivers despite being aware that fatigue can contribute to road accidents.
Pahang Traffic Police Enforcement and Investigation Department chief Supt Mohd Noor Yusof Ali however said the number of errant operators involved was only 1%.
