VISITORS to the ‘Pinang Fiesta: Budaya 2017’ were thoroughly delighted with the mouth-watering local delicacies and colourful entertainment provided.
Organised by the Penang Youth Development Corporation (PYDC), the two-day event was held from 5pm to 10pm at Sunway Carnival Mall in Seberang Jaya.
