Village’s drains not tended to in 10 years

Drains in Kampung Baru Seri Kembangan are either littered with rubbish or are broken, resulting in stagnant water when it rains.

Chin said there had been two incidents this year where rainwater overflowed from the drain in front of his house in Jalan SK 3/6 because collapsed drain walls were obstructing water flow.
