Animal welfare society to order another 500 microchips, collars and tags

THE Ipoh Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals’ (ISPCA) trap, neuter, release and microchip (TNRM) programme has tagged some 500 stray dogs in the city.

With its six-month trial-run which began in April a success, the ISPCA has started to conduct a joint stray dog-catching operation with the Ipoh City Council.
