Visitors join exercise sessions that promote good health

A WIDE range of activities was offered for visitors to the Star FitForLife Penang 2017 fair at the SPICE Arena.

Among them were sessions to promote physical wellness and fitness such as qi gong, yoga, Zumba and Tabata.
