EVERYONE’S blood is red but when yours gets magnified 40 times, it would tell a deeper story of your health.
That is what Wellness Concept (M) Sdn Bhd is offering visitors at its booth at the Star FitForLife Penang 2017 fair from now till tomorrow.
The wellness supplements company offers enzymology tests.
Visitors will get to see live microscopic video feeds of their blood and if there happens to be bacteria in the blood, they will see the microbes swimming or wriggling around!
The presence of cholesterol or triglycerides will also show itself visibly.

Certified nutritionists at the booth will explain the state of your blood condition by using enzymology screening equipment while referring to the images.
Wellness Concept chief executive officer Vivian Tan said based on the blood conditions, the nutritionists will offer suitable detoxification programmes.
“We have programmes including wellness juicing, colon and liver detoxification, colon cleansing and what we call the ultimate body detox.
“We are among the pioneers in marketing organic superfood products suitable for all ages,” she explained.
Tan said the products, which come in powder form, can be taken with fruits and beverages.

She said since red blood cells serve the human body for 100 to 120 days, their programmes last for about that long too.
Many visitors yesterday did not turn down the chance to have their hearing checked, too.
They also got to experience how it is like to wear a high-tech hearing aid at the Nessa Hearing Sdn Bhd booth.
Audiologist Cheryl Tan said the hearing aid is connected to a smartphone app through which the user fully controls it.
The device can also be connected to the television and supply the user with surround sound effects while watching movies.

“Our hearing test service will check the outer, middle and inner ear to determine whether a person is suffering from hearing loss,” she said.
She said Nessa Hearing wanted to raise public awareness on the importance on hearing checks.
“It is as important as health check-ups and should be done at least once a year.”
She added that the company also offered home calls for hearing tests free of charge.
