ISKANDAR PUTERI: The decision to approve or stop hillslope projects is under the state government’s purview and does not lie with the Federal Government.
Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Minister Tan Sri Noh Omar said the Federal Government could only advise state governments to adhere to the guidelines on hillslope projects issued by the ministry.
