Good Samaritans help flood victims clean up their homes

IN times of calamities, it is human nature to band together and this is what Good Samaritans from all over Penang and even the other states did when they gathered to help clean homes, schools, offices, institutions and other places affected by the flood over the recent weekend.

One such group of volunteers were spotted at Medan Bukit Kecil in Bukit Mertajam on Tuesday as they helped drain out water using a water pump from the affected houses in the area.
