THE abandoned Bulatan Dato Onn work site in Kuala Lumpur is causing anxiety among motorists who pass the area every day.

It has been more than a year since the middle lane of the roundabout (Jalan Parlimen-Jalan Tun Perak) was closed to facilitate construction work under the Heritage Trail 5 of the River of Life (RoL) project.
