THE Mobile Entrepreneur Programme (Mobilepreneur@KKLW) implemented to help rural youth entrepreneurs has been a success in helping them increase their income.

The programme was introduced in May 2016 with the aim of urbanising the rural areas. The focus was more on service-oriented businesses such as automobile, motorcycle, electrical, air-con servicing, tailoring, hair-cutting and grooming, building and pipe maintenance, photography, welding, computers, electronics as well as spa and beauty.
