KUCHING: The state Education, Science and Technological Research Ministry will undertake a study to assess the level of proficiency and usage of English among students in the state.
Minister Datuk Seri Michael Manyin said the study next year would also identify the major factors affecting the state Education Department’s efforts to increase the students’ proficiency.
