KOTA BELUD: Those living in flood-prone areas must always make preparations to face floods occurring in Sabah.
Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Abdul Rahman Dahlan said the people in the state could no longer think that Sabah would always escape the storms and typhoons that frequently hit the neighbouring country because the trend in global weather had now changed.
