Perak gets new state deputy police chief

FORMER Bukit Aman Crime Prevention and Community Safety Department (Strategic Planning) deputy director Deputy Comm Datuk Omar Mammah has been appointed the new Perak deputy police chief.

The 58-year-old will take over from DCP Datuk Zainuddin Yaacob, who has been transferred to the Kuala Lumpur police district as its deputy police chief.
