DEPUTY Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Hilmi Yahaya has told Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng to carry out proper investigations before making allegations against him over the bogus dentist case.
He said he was surprised when he learnt that Lim had requested for the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) to investigate him over the case.
